Operation of the telephones in the rooms

To make an outside call: dial 9 before the telephone number.
Call to another room: simply dial the room number.
Listen to messages on the voice mailbox: dial *8
To delete the messages on the voice mailbox: follow the telephone instructions.
If the light is flashing and there is no message: lift the handset and dial: 773
To communicate with the restaurant directly dial: 433

** Note: Outgoing long-distance calls across CANADA are free.

Make sure that the Videotron decoder and the television are on.
- Take the remote control and press “ALL“.
If this does not work, check that the Videotron decoder is displaying HDTV (above the time).
- If it only displays the time, turn on the decoder by pressing the “power” button directly.
If there is nothing to display on the decoder, it is disconnected. You must therefore look behind the machine and make sure that the cables are properly connected to the decoder as well as to the wall.
Confirm that the television source is on HDMI or Component. To check/change the source, press “TV / VCR” or “VIDEO SOURCE” on the remote.

Synchronize the television with the Videotron box: must be in HDMI mode.
Select the component mode: press the key: TV/VCR (bottom of the remote control, gray round button). Continue to press that button in order to select the good component).
OR, if it does not work, go to the side of the TV, and press the button ‘’source’’ then choose the component (HDMI).
Sometimes a decoder ‘reboot’ may be necessary.
Just unplug the cable at the back of the decoder, wait a few seconds and plug it back in; the blue image will appear – The system is rebooting.

Press open and insert the coffee cup
Close the door for the coffee cup and the water door should open.
Add water (1 cup).
Close the water door.
Add the coffee cup below.
The “brew” button should light up; press it.
When pressed, the red “heating” button should light up and take up to 3 minutes to fill the cup.Fermer la porte pour la «cup» à café et la porte pour l’eau devrait ouvrir

Unfortunately, if you don’t follow the steps exactly, the coffee maker will not work.

The systems are connected, so when one is working, the other is automatically turned off.
The switches are on the wall above the air conditioning unit or on the side of the heater (at the bottom of the window). Selection according to the desired temperature: Air Conditioning or Heating.
If there is no switch , “Urban Room”; go directly to the thermostat on the wall (near the entrance).
